Flex Program
Welcome to the Sky Athletics Flex Program!
This program is focused on flexibility, strength, body control, body awareness, and stamina. It is the perfect class for all athletes looking to gain strength and flexibility, including bases, flyers, and anyone ages 5 and up looking for a fun physical challenge! Our goal is to ensure that our Flex classes are accessible to ALL athletes, as strength and flexibility are essential to our sport, and in life!
This program is perfect for those looking for an activity that is available for the full duration of the school year! This class runs in 3 terms.
You can join Flex Program at ANY TIME within a term - the Term Fee will be prorated accordingly!

One Monday evening class per week
Ages 5+
Runs in 3 terms: September-December, January-March, April-June
We accept new Flex Program registrations all season long!
